Terms and Conditions

Welcome to VRL Packers and Movers Hyderabad. By booking our domestic relocation services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before the shifting process begins.

1. Booking and Quotation

• The final quotation is based on the inventory list provided. Any extra items added on the day of loading will be charged extra.
• Quotations are valid for 15 days from the date of issue.

2. Payment Terms

• Booking Amount: A token amount (20%) is required to confirm the slot.
• Loading Completion: 80% of the remaining payment must be cleared once the loading is completed in Hyderabad.
• Unloading: The full balance must be cleared before the unloading process starts at the destination.

3. Packing and Safety

• We use premium multi-layer packing for long-distance transit. However, customers are advised not to pack jewelry, cash, or expensive documents in the boxes.
• VRL Packers and Movers will not be responsible for any loss of personal valuables not declared during the survey.

4. Insurance Policy

• Transit Insurance is mandatory for all domestic moves. It covers physical damage to goods during the journey.
• Insurance does not cover internal mechanical/electronic failure of appliances unless there is external damage to the item.

5. Prohibited Items

We do not transport the following items: Explosives, Gas Cylinders, Inflammable liquids, Pets, or any illegal substances. Perishable food items are also not recommended for long-distance transit.

6. Delivery Timeline

• Delivery dates are committed based on distance. However, delays caused by natural calamities, strikes, or road blocks are beyond our control.
• GPS tracking updates will be provided throughout the transit.

7. Claims and Disputes

Any claim regarding damage must be reported within 24 hours of unloading. Claims after this period will not be entertained. All disputes are subject to Hyderabad Jurisdiction only.
